Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Global Compass Travels, your trusted travel partners. We are a government-licensed and officially registered travel company based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Our core values lie in maintaining transparency and operating with the “No Hidden Charge” policy.

Before booking any treks or tours from us, we encourage you to read the terms and conditions carefully. Our booking terms and conditions are as follows:

Trip Booking

  • For this agreement, a “Trip” refers to any itinerary, activity, or product purchased from Global Compass Travels. As listed on our official website, a trip can include all trekking, hiking, tours, expeditions, and adventure programs.
  • A binding contract between Global Compass Travels and the Client comes into effect upon the company issuing a formal confirmation email.

  • Global Compass Travels strictly states that its liability is limited to the terms and conditions expressed herein, and it shall not be bound by any external warranty, collateral agreement, prior understanding, or non-explicit description of services.

Trip Prices/Costs

  • The price/cost mentioned on our trip package pages is valid for booking and paying the deposit in full.
  • The costs of most trips are based on the number of bookings. Our travel experts calculate the costs when you submit the number of participants. Therefore, the group price applies to your travel group only and does not apply to individual bookings.
  • Separate bookings can be made for your group members; however, we strongly recommend informing our travel experts in advance to ensure group synchronization.

Deals, Offers, Coupons, and Discounts

  • Deals, offers, and coupons may be made available on special occasions or particular dates, especially when we have a minimum number of travelers required to run a trip.
  • We offer early-bird incentives and last-minute deals periodically.
  • Our discounts are generally applicable to the land cost of the trip only. Discounts may exclude permit fees, domestic flights, or third-party service charges.
  • All special offers, discounts, and coupons are subject to specific terms and conditions and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
